Review Program Details: Visit our ‘program details’ section to understand the income, education, and finance requirements.
Speak with a Lender: Connect with one of our lender partners to get pre-qualified for a loan and assess your mortgage-readiness.
Attend an Information Session: Learn more about the program and available communities. Check our events page for upcoming sessions.
Submit a Full Application: When a new community is available, complete the full application to participate in RootedHomes’ housing lottery.
