Cody Cloyd, AAC Chair, Ablis CBDCody’s journey with Bend ET, BendNEXT, and the Bend Chamber perfectly embodies what these programs are all about: personal growth, professional development, and community leadership. Since attending his first Bend YP Summit in 2019, Cody has been an active volunteer, dedicated leader, and inspiring mentor who has made an indelible mark on our community.

From serving on subcommittees to stepping into the AAC Chair role, participating in Leadership Bend, and guiding future leaders through the Mentorship Program, Cody has done it all—always with a spirit of service and a passion for connection. His story is a shining example of how the Bend ET program can empower individuals to grow and lead, becoming “sticky” and involved in the Bend community.

Although Cody is stepping down from the AAC, his journey with Bend ET isn’t over! We’re thrilled that he’ll continue making an impact through his role on the BendNEXT Board, as a mentor, speaker, and ambassador for the program. His plans to stay involved—whether by attending events, sharing insights as a panelist, or sponsoring gatherings—remind us that once you’re part of Bend ET, you’re part of something lasting.

Cody, thank you for your leadership, dedication, and friendship over the years. Your impact on Bend ET is immeasurable, and your presence will always be felt in the work we do. We’re so grateful for everything you’ve given to this community and look forward to seeing all you’ll continue to accomplish.

Here’s to your next chapter—still connected, still leading, and always inspiring.
