Bipartisan House Majority Opposes Performance Tax on Local Radio

A bipartisan majority of the U.S. House of Representatives – 219 members – have signed on to the Local Radio Freedom Act (LRFA), a resolution opposing “any new performance fee, tax, royalty or other charge” on local broadcast radio stations.
