In anticipation of the upcoming changes to the Transportation Utility Fee (TUF), the City hosted a business roundtable to share updates about the project and answer questions from the business community.

- Review your current utility bill to see your SQ FT – This will apply to Phase 2 rates
- Make sure you have an active business registration
- Ensure all business locations are listed on your active registration

- Review draft fee schedule and what bin you would be placed in at www.bendoregon.gov/transportation-fee
- If desired, you can provide comment to Council

The new rates for residential and non-residential utility billing customers will have a final public hearing on Wednesday, May 7th at the City Council’s 7pm business meeting. Details on the final rate proposal can be found here, and additional supporting documents and materials here.
Oral comments will be taken at the public hearing, virtually or in-person. Written comments can be sent to transportationfee@bendoregon.gov and will be provided to the City Council prior to the public hearing.
