NAB Statement on the American Privacy Rights Act

Washington, D.C. – In response to the release of the discussion draft of the American Privacy Rights Act, the following statement can be attributed to NAB President and CEO Curtis LeGeyt:

This discussion draft is an important step towards much-needed legal clarity for America’s hometown broadcasters amidst a patchwork of state laws as we engage with our audiences online.
