Tribe Equity Partners is pleased to announce their search to acquire their next small business in Central Oregon. Tribe is not a typical holding company or private equity firm. They are two Central Oregon family men and small business owners, eager to operate their businesses for the long term.
Jordan Inman — Dedicated husband and father of three lovely young children. Former Marine Corps Infantry Officer with expertise in Operational Planning. Enthusiastic about contributing to the community through small business ownership and active community engagement.
James Maxwell — Former Marine Corps and Navy Officer, with a background in logistics, and then in Special Operations. James and his wife have two children and are passionate about raising them in the Central Oregon outdoors.
Tribe is generally seeking a business with a long track record here in Central Oregon, and an owner ready for a new chapter in life. Jordan and James are not just looking for a financial investment but are eager to roll their sleeves up and get involved in daily operations as the new owners.

Jordan added, “Upon leaving the military, we explored the country to find the ideal environment to raise our growing family. Upon arriving in Bend, we witnessed children riding bikes and a community centered around family values. Now settled in Central Oregon, we are keen to actively participate in the community through small business ownership. We firmly believe that the essence of this wonderful place we now call home lies in the small businesses that contribute to and support the community.”
