Webfoot Home Improvements is proud to announce Brianna Deaner as the recipient of their 16th Annual Project Serious, a giveaway that awards $20,000 in home improvement services to deserving local heroes and non profits. This year’s focus was on recognizing the incredible contributions of youth coaches in the Central Oregon community.
Brianna has dedicated many years to coaching various sports, including volleyball, basketball, soccer, softball, and baseball. Her commitment to skill development, positive team culture, and building lasting relationships with her athletes has made a significant impact on the lives of many young players. Brianna emphasizes the importance of fun and personal growth over mere competition, striving to make her athletes feel valued and supported.
Since moving to Bend in 2016, Brianna has become a vital part of the youth sports community, encouraging her athletes to hold themselves accountable and contribute positively both on and off the field. Her belief that “teammates become family” fosters a strong sense of belonging, which resonates deeply with the athletes she coaches.
“We are thrilled to honor Brianna for her unwavering dedication to coaching and the positive influence she has on her athletes and the community,” said Gavin Hepp, co-owner of Webfoot Home Improvements. “Her passion for nurturing young talent embodies the spirit of Project Serious.”
The Project Serious selection process involved nominations and public voting, with community members and Webfoot staff rallying behind Brianna’s inspiring story. The final announcement was made during a live voting event held on October 17.
Webfoot Home Improvements is grateful to all the coaches who were nominated and looks forward to continuing to celebrate the remarkable contributions of these incredible community members in Central Oregon.
